Before and After

Mimi's hair dresser, Peggy, gave our oldest a much needed trim! Although I had to hold him and he refused to wear the black cape, he did a wonderful job waiting for her to give him a cut! She did a wonderful job explaining each step to him and ended with a sucker and a little bottle of water. We'll be back to her next time!

Happy Third Birthday, Little Love

Since we're planning his birthday for later in November, we decided to take him & two friends to Chuck-E-Cheese to celebrate with dinner. Then, we all went back home (these three and one little brother) and had a slumber party! We watched Cars and had ice cream & cupcakes before his third birthday came to an end.

We love you, sweet three year old.

Benjie, Griffin and I went to a Sunday School dinner tonight and Creighton went with the Wilson's to the Rodeo.

Honoring Pappy at Homecoming

We headed to Abilene {again} to celebrate a special presentation at the Abilene High Homecoming Football game for Pappy. He is retiring after this school year and was presented with a letter jacket and a plaque after he tossed the game starting coin.

Tackle Season

These boys love to play football. Some days they are Robert Griffin. Sometimes they are Joe Paw. Sometimes they are Jordan Lake. Sometimes they are someone I don't know!

Sometimes one of them is super tired. Super emotional. Super drained with strep and an ear infection. Sometimes one of them cries when they get tackled!
